What are your shipping charges?
Shipping & Handling is $8.00 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item shipped to the United States. Our standard delivery time for in-stock items is 3-6 business days. Express deliveries are available at additional charge; Next Day (overnight) is @ $35.00 for 1-2 items to Continental US addresses. 2nd Day is available at additional charge, please call for rates. What is your return and refund policy?
Your satisfaction on every purchase is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item (s). You must contact us at email@example.com within 10 days from the shipping date to receive a Return Authorization #. At that time we will provide you with instructions on how to make your return. Your credit card account will only be credited for the value of the returned merchandise if it is the original condition with tags still attached. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Credits will be confirmed by email and may take up to 3+ weeks to be processed. We do not offer an exchange option, if you purchase an item that doesn’t fit, you should follow this return process and place a new order on this site for the correct size. WE MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Claims for damaged items must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Your replacement item will be shipped to you once we have received the damaged merchandise. If a refund is requested, it will be processed once we have received the product.
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes, we will ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping rates to your destination. Please provide the quantity and style # that you wish to purchase.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders received Mon. - Fri. are processed within 12 hours. Order received on Sat. and Sun. will be shipped on Mon. Orders received on weekdays before 12 pm EST will be shipped, in most circumstances, on the same day.
